You need to inform the buyers in your sells threads , there's a big risk for them that they will deal with a scammer and not you
 
You were probably reported by buyers who've been scammed by people imitating you.

Inform them to hold all transactions pending until you resolve the issue.
 
If you haven't done anything bad including spamming, try to contact the support, at least they will give you a reason.

Yes, I have not spam.
I wrote to the support, no response yet.

Wow, after this incident, I think you should add 1-2 Telegram backups and have a list of client data. When there is a problem, you can use another account to proactively contact them, or you can contact them via email. To be safer, also watch out for others impersonating you

You wont be able to log in again
i had the same issue dont waste youre time just make another acc dont waste ur time contacting support etc they wont answer you, i tried everything believe me
