That's where is your problem, you didn't mention or give a Claire idea about your situation and you make judgement that make others give up, your first comment was that you get everything done, and now you change your mind,
I want to give me a clair idea what you did when you create your account and on your site and how you work on your site.

I think you doing well beside you don't know that AdSense detect you and they will keep rejecting your other 2 sites, so create a fresh account from buttom and apply again.

Of course it will, a fact about AdSense the same website can get approved on more than 10 account, I usually do that when I'm sure that the website gonna get ads limit,
So when that's happen I deleted JS code of account A and past JS code in the same website l.

I use SiteGround and I recommend Cloudways.
This year some of my websites get down more than 4 times I'm thinking to move to Cloudways.

Yes there is, I don't know how you get your traffic, I mean by Facebook ads or organic. but a lot of people use paid ads I mean from Facebook o other source, so this is the solution

1. First if already running any campaigns ads STOP IT (PAUSE)
2. Create a good quality 3 posts on your blog, DO NOT PUT ANY NEXT BUTTON.
3. Leave it normal and ads as default "Automatic" under $2 Daily Budget
4. Launch new facebook ads for these 3 post during 5 to 7 days
5. After that the ads will comeback appears on your Blog.

And now work as you used to do, run the ads that you paused before, and pause the ads for post that you use to remove the limit.
