i can back him up on this as im uk too and tried many banks for cheques.. some take a long time its stupid

im with hsbc bank uk and some payments can take
from 1 week to several dependning on the source
and as ndev2k is a payed member of my forum and payed
his dues on time - he doesnt strike me as a scammer
for what thats worth

Yes all banks in the uk say it " could take" upto 6 weeks, it is normally cleared before that though more like 2 -3 weeks, and most will send a letter to you saying the cheque has now cleared
ndev2k, I am sorry for that crude action . the check is so long to be cleared. so i think you lied to me . I just wanna to revenge.But now you keep this open ,I will trust on what you said about the check thing.

I posted about the hacking because people have a right to know the types of people they may be dealing with.
Even though you were trying tohack my accounts you were still asking me for more CPA accounts to work which told me you may be attempting to get other JVs on here so I posted it as a warning to others.
I still have every intention of paying you as soon as I have the money in my account.

thread its one thing to argue over a payment which
u should check out uk banking times for doing what u did.
u didnt - u dont attempt to hack some1s accounts then say

patients and mis-trust to the point you thought compramising
your co/workers account was a way to get revenge for something
out of his controll..
its called trust.. like this guy on my forum who mailed me 50 pounds
for an account on my forum because he didnt have paypal in malasia
i took a chance 50/50 on trusting some1 at there word.
and guess what came in my mail today
in a world of scammers and idiots there are some good people
out there . by your actions people will be very weary of working
with you because u admitted it
would i pay some1 who tried password resets on all these
accounts > Neverblue, Paypal and Gmail account
no way.. but thats me .. reasons why should be ovious.

for reasons out of his controll

You've tried hacking his accounts because you thought he lied to you. Hardly a mature way to resolve a dispute.
To Ndev2k...once you've had clarification that the cheque has cleared just pay him what he's due and walk away...don't lower yourself to his standards.
Also, as has been said above, chose your JV partners a bit more wisely in the future!
I changed the passwords because I had told him in the middle of the previous month that I no longer wanted to continue the JV because I was having loads of trouble sorting things out with the taxman about my income.
So as soon as the month finished and we had agreed how much had been generated I changed the password so that there was no way he could earn any more money and cause any hassle over further payments.

He did absolutely nothing to damage your business. YOU did that yourself through your childish actions.
Take a look at your screen name, then try doing a little of it.
You did not tell me anything before you just change the password and not saying a word of check thinng. When i can't login with the previous info ,i think you just run with the first month's payment check. I even dont know the second montly commission i have generated on your accounts coz i cant login. You tell me what's your action?
I admit i do dirty things sometimes but that depends.
I wanna let you know you just a scammer if not why let me generate commission for you. So dont do any shameful thing anymore.

OP - Barclays in the UK will clear most US cheques in under 5 days. They advise 6 weeks incase something goes wrong with the process. You really should know things like this if you are going to allow other people to use your accounts.
OP - make sure to pay the man - he earned those commissions. Conduct this business outside of BHW, as growingup is on a one month ban for being a general idiot.
Growingup - This is not DP, if you have a complaint you bring it to the staff to help you handle it. If you take matters into your own hands and get called out like this - you can expect to get your just rewards - in this case a one month ban.

I have every intention of paying him. I am still waiting on the check from Neverblue to clear and another from CX Digital to clear which went in at the same time. They told me they normally do this in 3 different ways depending on the account you have.
They pay you and get the money from the other bank later
They wait for the other bank to pay and then pay you
or you agree that they pay you and if the cheque bounces then you will pay the money back as well as an admin fee.
I chose the second option which is why it is taking so long.
To bring an end to this I just want to clarify everything.
Firstly Growingup only ever completed one month of work. I told him after 13 or 14 days that I was having trouble sorting out my national insurance and tax and so i would not be continuing after the first month.
He generated $500 of leads but only $404 was cleared and sent by cheque.
At the time when I told him about the end of the partnership he started asking me about other ways I could help him. Firstly he wanted to use my connection to set up proxies for him and his friends to use because he believed I was in USA despite telling him many times I am in UK.
Then after the end of the month he messaged me to say he can see that $404 had cleared and to ask about the payment schedule. I told him I would be sent the cheque on the 15th. At this point I hadn't changed the password because I had told him not to generate any more leads and to change my password would have meant contacting my AM.
When I received the cheque I messaged him to say I had it and was putting it in the bank. This is where he started demanding the money. After I told him that I needed to wait for it to clear I got the first message from my gmail account saying a password reset had been requested.
Then 2 days later another from paypal, at this point I changed my Neverblue password (and many others) as I was able to through the site.
I had emailed him a few times to keep him up to date and 3 times he emailed back asking for more CPA accounts and then the day after would demand the money again.
Only when I knew for a fact that he had been attempting to hack the sites did I post on here.
Anyway this is the end of it.
I will pay him as soon as it clears and will walk away with a little more knowledge than I had before.
