Hello Raja!

I rarely raise concerns over minor issues, but this is frustrating. Despite being a regular customer for over a year, I find it disheartening that my funds were deducted, yet I cannot update my balance due to the non-clickable "Pay" button in the add funds section.

I am only writing this message here because my previous ticket has gone unanswered, and I have pressing deadlines to meet.

P.S. I have attached screenshots and all necessary details in my previous ticket. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter.

I have given them a chance again and they are indeed SCAMMERS.
I have waited 5 days and the order has not been completed, although they say it is complete, when it is not true I can prove it, and not only are they not going to really complete the order but they are not going to refund my money either.

Very poor panel and poor quality, I've work with this panel over a month and they just scam me, I've need followers fast so i get multiple orders, some orders is get stucked, so i just create a new orders to fulfill followers on my accounts and i request cancel for my old orders (that probably not going OVER 2 days), then after i A HUNDRED TIME ask them for cancel they mark my orders as complete and partial fulfill some of my old orders that I DON'T EVEN NEED ANYMORE and don't want to back my money! Some of my accs(links to my accs) doesn't even work (because it's 2-3 days ago) so they just do followers to the void! Support IS IGNORE ME OVER 5 DAYS! ALWAYS SAYING LIKE WAIT, THANKS FOR PATIENCE and etc.! VERY BAD SERVICE!

it means the Panel admins are taking full responsibility of the new youtube update and are not wanting to do fraud with customers. they refund whenever the customers order does not go well.
