getting pages reindexed after deindex?

So I've read somewhere that you can go around DMCA and other copyright related problems by simply changing your URL.

Google deindexes copyrighted pages when it receives a complaint and of course there is nothing you can do about it.

Can you alter your url? For example /topic/copyrighted-item/ is deindexed, what if I just create a new url /topicc/copyrighted-itemmm/ and just 301 the old url to the new one, will this work or is google not that stupid?

Any advice on how this subject will be greatly appreciated lads, thanks in advance!

Does this actually work? Or perhaps just not 301 the link, essentially "recreate" the content? Once it gets taken down, just repeat. Perhaps automate it somehow aswell by adding just a few digits to url?

I don't know how they do it (and believe me, I would share the tip with you if I knew), all I know is that I saw similar URLs ranking after the previous ones were taken down due to DMCA. I've seen it a few times this year... but I don't know how they do it

I've no problem getting url's indexed in google search. My problem is after they do, they get taken down due to DMCA. My question is - if I change the URL, will google reindex it or no?

If you change the URL, it will get reindexed but get deindexed after a short period.

Yes, it will definitely get DMCA'd again.

So in this case, the DMCA penalty should pass on to the new URL too or the page might get identified as a copy of the original page. In any case this is not an ideal practice IMO.

So instead, just change url and leave it? I mean, if it's deindexed already and receives no traffic/link juice, might as well just essentially repost it or change url.

Just create a new page and do a 301 redirect from the old URL to the new one. Good as solve

domain and keyword, if you use completely different domain then it may work
