agree with you ..... used them first time months ago ... everything was fine ... started using them 1 week ago ..... the service quality decreased a lot ..... lines busy lets say is not a problem .... but when you use a proxy and it stop working in middle of your work , it is a problem , or when you connect to a modem which is dead , again is a problem ...... you guys used to have very good lines before ..... now to be honest with you your lines quality sometime can compete with the proxypanel garbage service

Customer support does not exist only guys with copy-paste stuff, and buggy modems in all centers, you simply don't care at all cuz too much traffic coming to your website from BHW alone, the quality of the IP is good since is mobile but don't expect anything else, if you buy a sub of 24h be ready to spend at least 8h of that disconnecting and reconnecting back.. such a scam.. Support recommends using API lol as that would sort out their buggy modems.....

I also made a claim to PP to chargeback the last payment I made toward you guys, I am an old customer with several orders and you have the same problems again and again ad again but sometimes is too much for me to handle, I have to reconnect 10 times in a row in order to get a working modem this is a proper joke.
So .... i paid for 1 week , but i was able to use the proxies for about 5 days or so... yesterday contacted support because some modems on which i tried to connect were completely down. whole day ive tried to connect to some locations and never been able to. even if after i rebooted the modems, same problem ,.... proxy has been dead on that location. Their copy paste support replied me on chat right after i wrote them and let them know about the problem : As for the Littlerock, AR location we are not aware of any problems with that location at this time, it may have been an issue with the modem you were connected to, if you experience anything like that again please let us know. .... really ? Their answer was right after i wrote them in chat that the Littlerock, AR location never worked for me whole day

The conclusion is ... i go back to proxypanel which is another trash service but at least it is a cheaper trash. This is happen when all those services of any kind get many customers , they start dreaming that they are some kind of corporations. Clowns , keep in mind one thing , customers can go anytime.

dude , proxyguys has been sold .... and from what i know proxyguys were resellers for mobilehop .... so why mobilehop are scammers ? i worked with all 3 ..... proxyguys , mobilehop and proxypanel ... none scammed and i never heard someone to be scammed.

Just try to visit this site compare interface, payments accounts, crypto wallets for payment and you will see
proxyguys interface looks like proxypanel interface not like mobilehop ...... i have acc with proxypanel and also with mobilehop , both services works at me ..... they both offer low quality proxies/support but are not scammers. and this shit quality is because they care too much to make $ .... same number of lines as when they started but tons of customers . but definetly they are not scammers.

MobileHop is not ProxyGuys or ProxyPanel.io. However ProxyGuys and ProxyPanel is the same thing. ProxyGuys sold their domain and brand to ProxyPanel in December 2022.
MobileHop has 24/7 customer support however in the late hours of Pacific time zone there are tier 1 support who has limited access to network/modems. From 6am - 11pm M-F PT (GMT -7) you can find higher level support available to fix issues.
We have been growing and with growth comes growing pains which every week we are adding more modems, prepping more modems, prepping more locations, and major dev work going on in the portal, backend, modems, etc.
We are not scammers. We are a real business with a real network which is enterprise level not modems or usb dongles sitting in a closet with a cable modem connected to them.
Please trust us we are working hard to solve all the issues and even adding more tools for our users to use. You will definitely notice a huge quality difference between us and others mentioned. You will always get someone answering your chat.

Just to reiterate we are not connected to Proxyguys or Proxypanel. MobileHop is not owned by them and most definitely are not the same people.
We do not have same wallets. We may both use Coinbase as our crypto exchange to take payments but those wallets are from Coinbase and then we transfer the funds to our own wallets after they are made. Please stop spreading false information.

@matsonmar appreciate you sticking up for us. You seem to know what's up. We have added 100's of modems since we started and you're right we are not scammers. We go over and above for our customers and even give people free service sometimes to make sure people are happy and get what they paid for. We have never taken money from anyone and scammed them.
