Scam, phishing. Domain name here is 2361265489451239.help , facebook is subdomain and /.com is nothing, everything is made to make you click thinking it's real.
EDIT: actually .com is folder with phishing page.
Title is in unicode, to avoid detection by phishtank volunteers that are scanning internet for this shit.
