Hi, dear, you have been using cheap services that we believe have issues all over the market. We're providing refunds so that you can order on recommended service or we dont mind refunding his balance to your account. We have been trying multiple methods but these issues are still pertaining. If you want, you can try other panels for same price if they can give him a NON-drop. But unfortunately, these cheap services are dropping.
