My order has not been completed for about 2 days. When I contacted support, they said there might be a high volume of inquiries. Despite them saying it would be completed within 48 hours, there hasn't been any progress. Even when I requested a refund, they stopped responding to my ticket. I wanted to work with you in the long run, but you can't stand behind the service you provide. I don't even know if my orders have been completed or not. I'm requesting expedited service, but all I'm getting is the response 'speeding up.' Besides that, I'm not receiving any other response or any action being taken. When I saw people online leaving negative reviews about you, I thought they were just tarnishing your reputation, but they were completely right.

• Most followers services from Instagram and TikTok drop several times over the guarantee period.
• Other followers services like Instagram Spain or Twitter just never appear and they mark as completed.
• Most services refill button doesn't work so you have to open a ticket and wait a week for a refill that should be automatic.
• Cancellation requests will be accepted but never done so you get charged anyways even when they take a day or a month to start the order. Ticket # 338856

This is one of the worst panels I had worked with in 12+ years reselling SMM services. If you want to avoid trouble and drama just save your time and avoid! I am posting this as I have decided to stop working with this page.

I just got a partial credit refund from the seller for one of my issues which makes it better...

Hi, @croot I have attached one of our reverts in chat and will be adding others from tickets in a bit. Starting with the order for polls, until now we never receive complaints for that but yours and you have been providing proof links od a day prior or other result sheet.
For example, you place an order on 12 the month and raise a ticket that you have not received, but our system shows completed, naturally, we will ask for a screenshot/link/proof or results of the poll, and you have sent some poll of 11tha of the month. Though you have got a refund for it as a courtesy as a customer of BHW, we have a NO REFUND policy.
Also regarding the time zone, it can be of not more than 12 hours when reviewed by the team.

Moving to other Facebook orders where you are cancelling orders and asking for a refund a time later as you create cancellation tickets a minute after it is complete which makes no sense you say "Take a refund from a provider then" but no one refunds after the order completion. You can not ask a server at a restaurant to cancel an order once it's completely made and brought to the table when made without any error. You have been asking the same thing for more than one order, but repeatedly reiterating has led us to nothing. We can not cancel orders once they are completed even if you create a cancel ticket after 1 minute of completion.

I think we are not a good fit for you. I apologize for your bad experience but we can not change the policies.
