- the webite's design totally stands out and looks unlike any other PBN
- the article is manually written and my website is "recommended" by the author before the actual content begins (really, really nice touch on this - seems like naturally placed link on a live website by the author)
- the website has https, ToS and Contact us page -> supports the site's E-A-T
- the domain is well-indexed by Google (184 results indexed)
- the domain, even though of DR 1.8, had some natural backlinks from assiciations and listings from the original domain's purpose
