How do you sleep?

Just curious how do you guys sleep? I find myself hard to manage my sleep schedule.

Usually, I just lay in bed when I feel tired. No time needed. As long as there is my bed/couch and my tired self, I will sleep.

Just open your book, like an academic books. You will get sleep automatically.
