So i registered and sent my country (Serbia) ID for verification, they denied my account registration saying "Invalid ID", contacted the manager on Skype he just ignored my message, kind of looking like they're just stealing ID photos.

man we have the same manager, just chill and wait for his response… you’ve sent him a message yesterday (Sunday) and it’s Monday morning and you’re already sending messages asking if he’s ignoring you??

Well he just flat ignored me the entire day, just seened all my messages, doesn't matter will look for another network, not my loss anyway.

They are legit but they have some stringent policies. You should email them again and explain whatever issues you're facing with your Maxbounty's account approval. You can also contact your affiliate manager via call.

they suspended my account after getting 1st sell of $120 in keto, and asked me to provide id as well. I sent them all required information but they didnt reactivate my account so for me, they are shady and scammers both.

They are not shady, they have a banned list of countries.

In short, no they are legit but sending them messages like why you ignoring me does not exactly present you as a worthy business partner.
