1 - it depends on which service you are ordering. Every service has a different completion time. You can ask about specific services in PM or service executives they would answer more promptly.

2 - yes we cancel orders if we see it's reasonable and refund as well in accordance with our policies.

3 - no we don't accept Paypal but you can pay us through the card.
