After finishing my special-BHW-code-$20-trial, now I have a better understanding of this proxy provider - and what a difference from my initial impression!

TL;DR - Now, I would rather not continue using this service - I discovered that it is of too low quality for my time, even if the price seemed initially to be fair and affordable, eventually I discovered that because of the low-quality it is not that of a bargain, I eventually ended up distrusting the service after experiencing too many discrepancies with their statements.

1. I used the promo-code to register and got the $20 credit - following the port creation process with the stated cost of $5 a port/day, I thought I can test 4 different ports over 4 days ($5 x 4 = $20, right) - well, when I started the first one the credit dropped to $15 (very logical!) - but, 24hrs later the remaining credit reflected only $5, on the 2-nd day it dropped to $0 with a message appearing that my first and only port I created will expire on the 3-rd day.
2. The GEO of the proxies I received - I only had a chance to check US GEO - I got about 80% US, 20% non-US (mostly EU, but some exotics as far as Indonesia!)
3. Because the credit expired so quick, I had never tested other GEO's as intended.
4. Availability - far from their stated availability of 98.1%, I only saw 77.8% connecting, the rest failed, mostly by time-out.
5. Trust - approximately 55% of the proxies had low trust and got rejected outright by the Google's algo - now, 45% Google safe proxies is not that bad, but that will effectively make these proxies cost more than 2 times more than what they say. At least from my perspective.
6. When I subscribed, there was a message offering me to earn $15 credit by certain actions, I acted-on, got a "pending review" - only to discover the next day that the message and the record of my action completely disspeared - it looks like @nexusnet_proxy repudiated on its offer - not good, I felt cheated.
7. One feature of their app I did not like is that it cached the login creds and by default logged me automatically into the console, even if I wanted to visit the home page - a serious security issue IMO.
8. Out of curiosity I used an alt browser to visit the home page, where I discovered that everyone has been offered a 3-day trial on opening an account - now, silly me, I thought I was getting a special BHW code of $20 and not the ordinary non-member 3-day trial - after my experience, I believe I felt cheated, again.
9. Traffic - the reporting of MB=$ still freaks me out - why would you report the traffic volumes and costs if you are offering unlimited traffic?
10. Finally, there is a big discrepancy between the quoted pricing structure - monthly subscription per port for unlimited traffic - and the actual accounting, which requires you to fund a wallet and spend those funds as you create each port ($5 per port). Just does not make sense - they say the price is $30/month for 20 ports - how?

We monitor the cleanliness of our proxies and would be happy if you wrote to us in private messages those ports that were slow or issued incorrect GEO. We will check them and remove them if they are really of poor quality.

Ok my honest review

I've tried only 1 port using 4g, residential and data center try to do CPA only, i use only few time about 3hours in 2 day, and only using around 300mb (mostly on residential)

In history I only use $5 but my balance is reduce $10, I'm stop using it consider my balance going crazy

Real balance = $10
History balance = $15

Ok I try again and this time I'm not changing anything stay in residential
And again my balance reduce 5$

Real balance = $5
History balance = $10



Day 3
Im not using it at all
But on my history ive purchased 2 times ports

My Real balance goes -$5
In history Ive bought $20

Sir, you must explain this, after this trial I think if I buy, and using it full time, it might charge me $100 in day 1

I can read and I understand, mostly, especially when it makes sense. :)

The starter plan of 20 ports for $30/month I read about, but did not understand, as there was no option to subscribe to it - what I read about was that I had to deposit money into a wallet and then buy ports with that money. Hence, did not made sense.

I am also very good at math - when I divide $20 by $5, I get 4, which is the number of days I should have been given with the BWH code, to run 1 port - not the 3 days that I actually got, like in a normal trial.

That was my other point that I made, though, not to be confused with the deposit/monthly subscription confusion.

I now understand the $20 offer - it is to be used for up to 4 ports in 1 day, BUT over maximum of 3 days - this was not stated clearly and it confused me.

Recently I decided to try this proxy seller in addition to the others .
Positive
1. Support is pretty good at first glance , but this is overlaid by the fact that they absolutely do not work on weekends
2. Speed, convenience of the interface
Disadvantages
1. A seller without a history and obligations who is advertised mainly on Russian forums, which raises questions
2. Absolutely incomprehensible pricing policy, they have a price of 0.1 $ per port per month when buying a pro tariff, but they write off this price every day for each port
3. Lack of privacy policy and refund policy these buttons on their website lead nowhere, which also raises questions about honesty
4. Traffic accounting overestimated by 50 times in tariffs where it is taken into account

I hope they will be able to answer all the questions on Monday , but so far the impressions are quite contradictory

Do I understand correctly that on the first day you purchased only 1 port?
If this is the case, then debiting $10 is incorrect. But this has never happened before.
