Calling Out Profit ROI "FRAUD"

I'm making this post from my phone since BHW is still down on my computer.
Couple things I want to address. First of all we are not scamming ANYONE. I'm not ignoring ANYONE. I've been replying to ALL the latest PM I've received.
We have paid out over $200,000 in affiliate commission within 3 months. 98% of the affiliates that are left to be paid generated low xxx. Redhack is the only exception, since we did a mix up by accident.
Third of all, we are receiving MANY pms regarding credit report leads past December 20th. I've posted that we did NOT get paid for any of those leads, same as Po; so we cannot pay on any of those leads. I do not know why aff's are still PMing and also posting here regarding the payment.
This is my phone number: (347) 227-0188. Call me. If I don't pick up, leave me a message, and I'll call back shortly. Let's handle things professionally instead of getting to the level of linking to facebook accounts.
This will be my first and final post in this thread. Just want to address that this delay is NOT due to the lack of money, but the lack of time.

The last thing I want to mention is that some of you guys surprise me like crazy. Fuck, you've received several payments from me, and now that the last one is delayed, you are going all hyper on us? Vipervin, how many payments have you received from my company during it's lifespan? More than 3, right? Right now, how much are you due? $80, right? Do you think your reaction is appropriate for your situation, especially when you have a history with us and you're under the threshold.
People here are completely ignoring the people that were paid, and just keep hammering us as though we stiffed everyone. No company is perfect, every company has complaints. Google in any company in this world, and you will find complaints. It's impossible to please everyone.

promises are being made time after time and not kept
if you had stated from the get go that "ok people this can take up to a month because we are swamped"
instead of saying ALL PAYMENTS GO OUT TONIGHT!! ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED TODAY! and so on over and over again...
then maybe you would have gotten a lot less flak for this situation
like the saying goes: don't let your mouth write checks your ass can't cash
i for one would not have complained if you had put it that way
but when you create expectations and don't fulfill them then it's only natural that people become disappointed

Yes, when the network started, I received all my payments on time. I fully supported you and your network because you guys were handling things professionally.
Fast forward today, I have YET to receive my payment for Acai commissions from the end of November. As I sent in my PMs and emails, my payment is well above the threshold. When it was less than the $100, I didn't say anything. I knew I had to wait. But it has been over the $100 for more than a month now. It is coming up to 8 weeks of not hearing a single thing from Jack.
Honestly, what do you expect me to do now?
Unfortunately, this is what is really pressing my buttons. All your posts and Jack's post mention to PM you if experiencing any payment issues. Well... I PMed both of you guys. Not a single reply from either of you guys. The last communication I had with you, Martin, was on January 9th via email.
I apologize if I am coming off harsh, but please understand from our point of view.

I've opened the thread back up due to the fact that there are several people that have approached me with complaints that Richuser/ProfitROI hasn't paid them.
I was told by Richuser to have people PM him and he would take care of it and it seems like that hasn't happened.

I've been answering all the PM's I have been getting, and handling everything. I haven't ignored anyone.
The only people that haven't been yet paid are juhapuha ( which I am handling), and the affiliates that drove traffic after the Dec. 20th, since we didn't get paid for any commissions past that date.

That's interesting because I drove traffic before the 20th and didn't get paid. So perhaps you could "handle" my payout as well? Given that it's been over 2 months an' all...

I just answered your PM. Yes, you sent me an email 1.5 months or so and I missed it. But haven't had any other contact from you since. As I said in the PM, you'll get your payment sent out today.
The latest story is "I can't find your bank from the drop down menu." And "let me have your Western Union details, I'll send the money right away."
This is the type of BS that annoyed me in the first place. It's laughable that someone with millions in the bank can't even close out a few grand of payments to his old publishers

this richuser guy is just fucking around. hes not gonna pay no one. hes full of shit. he keeps wasting my time. he has a story for everything. everyone else who has my info has paid me but by some coincidence it doesnt work for this guy. always a story and a run around. i ask him to pay me paypal after all the fuckery and he says he cant. hmm i wonder why. maybe it has to do with the fact theres no way you can fuck that up if you have someones email.

Now, since basically everyone is now paid. I just want to say a couple things. First and foremost, I have more than enough money to pay all my pubs 10x more times each. At this point, I didn't place getting all the payments out as a priority. I have my own shit to work on, and operate, and only came to BHW once every week to handle whatever I could at that moment. So to those saying ban me, ban me. I got you all paid. I don't need BHW. You all make it seem as though I need BHW to live. I don't. Look at how many people ran with my network, look at how many of you are in this thread right now whining. Less than 1% of the network population. I don't even think corporations like Walmart have a less than 1% displeased customer rate, so I think I did an awesome job.
Second of all, most of you don't even know half the shit that took place after the network went down. As in us getting contacted by FCR, and almost getting subpoenaed for our affiliates; which we are actually still fighting. And fuck, to be honest, I wouldn't mind passing over the details off most of the affiliates that posted in this thread.
