SMMRAJA review:
I've ordered 2000 instagram followers from smmraja.com. They started dropping 500-1000/day until nothing left. I had to refill every day, so my follower numbers were jumping plus minus 1000 every day. That looks super suspicious if anyone looks at my instagram (especially for instagram). And then the free refill period expired I could not request refill anymore, so I've left with no followers.

I've contacted the customer service several times, asking for a solution, if they have a better service that doesn't drop, but they didn't understand this simple question or they didn't want to answer properly. They just refilld my order again a few times, but eventually I've lost all the followers again, and then the customer service also stopped refilling my order (which was a useless effort in the first place).

Conclusion:
Maybe their other services are better, but I don't recommend ordering instagram followers from them.

It's almost impossible to put into words how terrible the customer service of SmmRaja is. Despite initially being satisfied with their service for a couple of months due to their decent options and prices, any interaction with their support team has been new levels of terrible. Dealing with them on difficult questions like requesting VAT invoices is already a lost cause, but when it comes to issues like the recent failed TikTok orders, their lack of effort and willingness to help is downright shameful. Their playbook is as predictable as it is infuriating: they'll keep you on the hook with false promises and generic excuses for days on end ("We're working on speeding up delivery!" "Order is running smoothly, expected delivery time: 8 days" "Unexpected delay with this order"), only to cancel your order if it isn't resolved within a certain timeframe. And then the whole frustrating process starts anew with a new order ID.

It's simply unacceptable to trust a company that refuses to take any responsibility when things go wrong, and instead, they'll just string you along and cancel your order when it gets too difficult for them to handle. Their customer service is a joke, and they clearly have no interest in providing even a modicum of support to their customers. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable and trustworthy panel to avoid the headache and disappointment that comes with dealing with their customer service.
