Keyword research and off page SEO. Keyword research takes like several hours to find a few good low-competitive keywords manually. Off-page SEO is difficult because you need to find related niche websites with good metrics and then you have to manually talk to them to see if they accept guest posts. On top of that you also require a good budget for backlinks as good backlinks aren't cheap.
