Hello Visiv im sorry about this , did you tried to open ticket at that time and asked why your money didnot load to your balance.
We have daily transactions with no errors all money transactions are added automatically to our customers balance. We dont manage it , check again with your credit card as it could be refunded or send me more details on DM to invistage this for you.

Created a ticket 2 weeks ago and no response, that's not a good reason to get the admins involved? Is this how you do business? I commented on this thread already, you can see it. You didn't respond to that and then I made this comment. Your support in your website is non-existence. None of the tickets are being responded in a timely manner. Perhaps get your business together before blaming your customers that they're lying and scammers trying to bring your business down.

Also i,m not blaming anyone specially our customers some people dont know how smm panels works and they start comment here and give bad reviews.
