HI, there are so many damn panels and most of them keep getting outdated (especially for YT), currently the only recommendation i would make is NLO SMM - this one is very youtube optimized, and what I liked about this panel is the support is amazingly fast and knows english, not some pakistanoindi kind of panel which is just reselling and is super cheap / bad quality. Either way the CTR Views we are all looking for are actually on NLO SMM .. BUT! they are currently under maintenance and under tests (according to nlo smm, i personally asked them for all of you) -> So that means, wait a bit more until they are officially back after their tests, also I saw that the views they provide are very niche specific so they could actually help you rank in general. Now about the prices, I have seen some panels being SUPER cheap like smmstore.pro ... but MIckey's support is mieh, and he is super cheap but doesn't know even what his services actually do which I don't trust. So in my opinion, join NLO SMM only, also join their telegram for service updates until the CTR Views come back, and then optimize slowly your videos and organically make them grow till you don't need any smm panel. Other than that, please enjoy creating content and do what you do, even if you don't get views, one day the hard work will pay off (Music producer for 10 years, made less than 1000$ from music, weekly uploads for almost a year and fully organic, and still 50.000 views, patience!)
I also tried TubeBoost's service, the guy that commented up here, he is super expensive and only ranks specific videos so I presume he uses some kind of panel and helps people by doing their manual work for them, or has created a bot of his own for doing social steps on your videos and 100% retention to rank, but he really does do wonders so if you got the money i would recommend trying him out for one video or two, unless nlo comes back faster. The video he helped me rank went up to #2 on search for the smallest package and was there for a few weeks (the quality was very shit too so it deserved the dip) but it's actually insane he can do that. But still he is super expensive
