You have to keep in mind that the difficulty is not determined only by some tool,

Go for it. You have so many related keywords as well. Most likely as you begin to develop it more keywords will begin to pop up giving you insight as to what your potential readers are looking for

If you are starting off from scratch I suggest selecting an overall niche (preferably something you know a lot about or have a passion for).

Silly example: main website topic "cake decoration", KD 30, volume 1,900
According to AHREFs there are 298 keywords with KD <5 and an overall volume of 29,000

I'm not suggesting you choose the above topic, it's just an example. What I'm trying to get across is that you should have an overall long-term plan. It's going to take some time to build an established website with decent traffic.

Generally everytime I've tried to build on top of niches like this, they have been a huge fail. But you could microniche with this (if it has some other niches above), it could be too costly if you aim so low.

For example. I was trynig to move in the pharma industry. I build a blog on "treatment for fleas" and then I wanted to move onto other kind of treatments (for other type of bugs). But it was a complete fail beacuse the first intent was so low.

You must always start with something bigger. At least 10K/mo and I see this not much still. Try to think if you can move up one scale for the niche you are targeting. So for example, in my case, instead of going for "treatment for fleas", it would have been a little bit wise to go straight for "treatment for bugs".
