We have banned you using our panel , from beginning your talking with our customer support impolite. Our customer support asked you if you want refill and you keep saying bad words, we have explained that updates affect all the market and this written clearly on our policy once the order completed canot be refunded but it can refill.

However i decided to ban you and your IP using our panel. We have added screenshots of speaking to us.

If you talk polite way , we will refund you. At first we have offered you lifetime refill , your way of talking is not accepted here or BHW. Also you can read the policy for all smm panels they are same if major update happens drop can happens thats why we offer lifetime refill. However i still didnot ban you thats why you can still log in and send support tickets, i see all your support ticket talking with bad words.

I suggest you open a new ticket and ask if you want refill or refund on respectful way so we can take a look on it again. Otherwise if you keep sending like this tickets i will ban you within 12 hours.
