Do you keep all blogs on same hosting?

I was reading a thread were namecheap disabled all the 15 domains of a member here. So if we use a single host for all domains, it is very risky? Are you using dame host for all blogs? If yes, you should reconsider this.

No, it is not advised to use all the websites and domains with the same host. In my case I have distributed my domains with multiple domain registrars and I have multiple hosting accounts with various web hosts.

This is a bit hassle but I believe it is worth it, especially if Internet business is the main livelihood for me.

At present I am using 3 hosts. - GreenGeeks, Godaddy and Bluehost.

I have email alerts and mostly I am aware about the dates of renewals, they fall during a certain period.

Well if you have a normal business i dont think hosting have any reason to ban you ,but if you use sites like porn ,copyright and any ilegal websites then i would not keep them on a single host as its normal you can be banned

If IM is your main source of income I would definitely use multiple hosts. Never keep all your eggs in one basket.

Yes multiple hosting is the right idea. But don't overstretch yourself like 100s of blogs. Less number and large blog sites is good compared to large number and small blog sites.

It's not recommended to use multiple websites on a single host. There will be no isolation from technical failures. All your websites can be compromised at once. It could hurt your website's SEO.

It's better to use different hosting and don't forget to make backups

Even hosting keeps backups but it is not reliable as in this case.

Till now, i have kept my network on multiple servers, but because of past google updates, i will moving soon all blogs in 1 strong server, but i keep making manual backups every 2 weeks and keep backups on a different server/company with no websites installed there. if something bad happen all will be good

if you intend to resell links or in any case to make your own pnb it is absolutely better to do them with different ip
