I am trying to find another solution than crypto, as it will repel a lot of clients (and I too don't want to deal with it).
So, i thought prepaid cards are used only for outbound payments, but I am reading this in some article:

I see Venmo can be connected to prepaid card to receive funds on it instead of to my bank account.
But Venmo lives on my phone (traceble) and I can't install it on a cheap burner phone. Then how could I make my Venmo account anonymous?
I prefer some sort of web app instead of phone app.
What about PayPal Debit Card? If I create a Paypal account with prepaid card instead of a bank account and then use PayPal Debit Card to withdraw money from it in ATM, could that be an anonymous solution? (no idea why the text is bold and doesn't get unbolded.. )

Whoa is that actually a thing now? They don't ask for kyc of any sort to get said debit card?

The only completely anonymous way would be crypto, preferably XMR.
Otherwise, it really depends on what you want to do.
You can open a bank in the name of a company you own if you don't want your personal info disclosed and have it in another country depending on what you need it for (lower risk) usually certain countries are preferred as they don't currently have to share this info to others.
Or if it's not something so drastic, you can just use a stealth bank/paypal to receive payments via transfer and withdraw to cash with card.
Just remember to do this legally by actually paying the taxes. Because the CRS (Common Reporting Standards) does exist to bust tax evasion for this purpose.

In that case just go with the business/llc named accounts, or stealth accounts are another good bet as they usually have falsified info (this can be an issue if for example paypal wants more info, though).

Monero is a good option
The issue is, I've learned that LLCs are not anonymous even though the claim is they are. I had someone contacted me about my LLC even thought Wyoming registered agent swears they didn't leak my info anywhere.
So, if I can help it, i don't want neither me nor anyone I try to help to deal with registration of LLC only for the reason of anonymity and then deal with all fees associated wit it and accounting for an additional entity, especially if it's proven to be unreliable for anonymity.
So, i need some other solution, guys....

it says use your actual name, ID and date of birthday since PayPal doesn't store that info.... I am not sure about it...

So, you're looking for 1) a reputable provider 2) in order to receive funds anonymously, 3) so that transactions will be untraceable, 4) but don't want to use crypto...
I don't think there is any options that suits all the above mentioned requirements.
Anyone that is willing to receive funds anonymously will either use crypto or a shady provider.
ok, so, when we say "shady provider" what do we really mean here?

If you're only looking to protect the initial source from the shady actors then stealth PayPal registered in another country. Then immediately send the funds to a real PayPal account.
