Tested out and the one with average time indicator of 30mins~ got delivered really fast, but the one mentioned for Twitter Views / Comment says starting in 0-1 hour but no average time indicator still on pending for hours~ Order ID 1285644

Does it mean the task even with mentioned starting hour but without average time indicator means its takes longer than intended?
