Thank you for your reply. I tried just now and had the same result. Turned on my VPN and your site loaded. I've had this happen before. I don't know if my ISP is filtering traffic from specific IPs or countries.

Looks like your local ISP blocked the proxies websites but our website never went down

II start out with 8K+ public proxies per list from this service (2 lists per day). almost all of the proxies fail to pass an anonymous test in scrapebox. Less than 200 pass. The proxies fail the anonymous test with a 409 error code. Is there a way to fix this, or is the service just not providing many public proxies for scraping?

We recommended gsa ser tester or any Elite public proxies

I opened a ticket about this, as you requested. Support responded telling me not to use scrape box (even though the name of the service is scrapebox google passed proxies) but to use SER. Then support deleted the ticket. I can't reply back with what I am posting below, which is why I am posting it here, instead of talking to support, since my ticket was deleted.

I have a license to SER and have been using it since 2014, scrape box since 2013. I know how to test a public proxy. If you look back in this thread, Ive been a customer of yours on and off SINCE 2014! Back when GScraper was still king.

I tested your lists yesterday, as soon as they came in my email, with SER, as I was told to do. The results were even worse than in scrape box using multiple options to test against, and custom URLS. More than 90% of the list is not working as soon as it arrives. By not working I mean NOT WORKING. Not google passed but NOT WORKING. I don’t even need google passed proxies I just need the public proxies to be anonymous!

Today is Tuesday. I am supposed to receive two proxy lists. I have not received any proxies. Both lists always have arrived by now at 3:38pm EST. I hope I get the lists, and continue to receive them, because I paid $32.00 for a month worth of lists from you with working public proxies in them.

As of right now, this is not looking hopeful to me. I am very disappointed.
