Unfortunately, I gotta leave a negative review. I ordered 1k words of content on Aug 10. After more than 48 hours, I contacted OP to ask what's up with the order. I got a reply that they "wanted" to start working on it later that day. Then he checked the order and noticed that there was no info about the keywords/topic of the article. Obviously, I entered this information while placing the order, but somehow it didn't went through - that's alright. I sent the info once again and was told that the article would be ready in the next 24 hours. It's been more than 24 hours since we talked (72hours+ total), and still no updates.
I can't rate the content as I have not received it, but it looks like OP can't handle the TAT stated in the first post of this BST. Very unprofessional.

It's been over 3 days still no delivery. Not complaining but don't mention 48 Hour TAT when you can't handle it. For Big orders Yes time can be adjusted but For Small Single article order TAT should be maintained

Ordered mine last Thursday for a test run of 300 words.... Got confirmation it's been received but was the last bit of communication. No updates, no delay warnings. I chased and I still haven't heard back. 48 TAT completely missed for a laughable 300 words. Very frustrating as TAT, transparency and quality is very important for what I need.
