OP provided me with a backlink on the home page of the DR40 domain.
The keyword has KD 67 and volume 3800. I was on spot 8 after 2 weeks my ranking boosted and I reached rank 4.
I will buy one more backlink and gonna update my ranking here again. So far the service is really impressive and didn't get any issues.
Penalize website owners can use the backlink to come back to the game.
Till now I will give 5 out of 5 to the service. OP is very supportive.

Review - A Great Service!
I'll write my few thoughts of this service as it was offered to me to use $200 as credits to acquire links from the service.
1. Overall - the service is a great idea, what you get is a strong domain linking to you, almost exclusively, you get to examine the people with which you will share the link on the homepage, you get a variety of choice (most of the time), new domains keep popping up, it's awesome.
2. Support - They certainly always answer within a short period of time, they try to solve your problems, the system is very easy to use and if you have any problem, they'll stand up for you.
3. Quality - I've gotten 2 links, one of them is DR 17, and the other is DR 30. The websites look fine and great, there are around 7-8 people sharing the homepage with me. The link was submitted very fast. The relevancy however for my site is not the best, the niche of my site might not be easy to find a linking site to, however I think it's not that difficult to find a relevant site to get a link from to me, my niche is not that narrow or exclusive.
4. Results - I myself have a new site with a very few links, if these links will have any impact on my site I will be happy, I have some doubt, but if any significant bump will come up I will be sure to post here.
5. Prices - There are a variety of prices out there. You can get a link from around $90 to a few hundred ($500). The renewal cost would be better for you being between $20-$60. If you think about it in terms of monthly payment it can be priced between $7.5/month and $40/month for a strong homepage link. (Second year probably $1-2/month)
