My experience was positive, he delivered what he promised, there is no doubt about it. I've seen some negative comments so I asked him if I could pay half now and half after the job is done, he agreed.

As far as blog quality, well, most of the blogs have enormous amount of OBL, so I don't know if this will improve my SE rankings. I will post back if I see any improvements.

The comments do not look spammy, as they are all on topic, most likely they will stick. Pages do have advertised pagerank, but since the OBL count is huge, I donno how much juice they have.
