Do people have experience with Regery.com. I thought it would be a good choice for registering non-US domains and non-EU domains. But on their contact page they list 3 addresses. US, UK, and Ukraine. Does it not defeat the purpose of registering a non-US domain for privacy and bulletproof if the registrar itself is based in the US?

I have read recommendations for subreg.cz. Does anyone know if they accept bitcoin.
