Not tried the service, but I have carefuly checked websites he offers. All websites have very high DA, low spam rate and they are really well designed blogs.
Links from these blogs 100% will help you to gain the authority to your own blog. Not tried because not fit to my niches, but if you have white hat, professional blog, then it's 100% for you.
The seller also gave some guide how to find the post that fit to your niche. Prices for niche edit are between $10-$150, mostly it's $30-$40. Should be 100% better than some PBN links or anything else on this forum for such price.
The service should be perfect for example for shopify shops or amazon affiliate blogs.

Downloaded the list without any issues and looked through a few sites in different niches. The websites are all real sites with contact info and pricing on the spreadsheet along with metrics like traffic and RDs. I like how the sellers separated the general sites from the niche-specific ones since some sellers tend to mix both.

I checked a few sites on Ahrefs as well to see ranking search terms and backlinks and everything looks great. Already contacted a few sites and am in the process of securing some links. I also verified the metrics with ahrefs and was pleasantly surprised when everything matched.

I mean, you get a nice a report with all the metrics that actually matter. And the bonus? You get an email to contact in order to get things moving.

MANY categories to choose from and I found a couple of gems there. If you know what you're doing then this is a mini gold mine for you.

@aristocratic, maybe you can offer a monthly subscription where you can update the list each month with new sites (maybe?) I'll be a subscriber.
