If you don't consider ranking, I don't think google will mind toxic backlinks. but your site will tank in organic rankings. And if your traffic sources are unknown, anything you make on Adsense will be suspicious.

So It may indirectly affect you.

Yes its should be safe for an AdSense website. However blasting GSA blast on your site directly will have negative ranking in the SERPS.

Generally, spammed websites are looking to rank. So I wouldn’t see the point. Adsense doesn’t focus on backlinks, they focus on content and traffic.
