And highimpact you could have easily just asked for your product to be removed from here. There's a rule here as soon as a product owner becomes a member the item can not be distributed on here for free.

I am the site owner and I have to say in the 7+ years I have been making a living online you people are by far the scummiest I have ever come across.

Does stealing from someone online that is making a living and supporting family ever bother you?

If I had a family with 5 kids to feed and I saw a place like this that liked my work enough to pass it around, I wouldn't complain about them.

Think about it.

The reality of the Internet is not going to change because of an opinion. It is what it is and people are what they are. If they find something of value lying around, they use it and share it with their friends. Then they prospect for it when there is a patch of space that yields that something of value. And they establish local rules when they get organized. This has been the same attitude throughout history in many different contexts.

A person can accept that or he can flounder. Simply put, there is no way to stake a claim where there is no jurisdiction and no force to back it up. If someone wants to go out into no-man's land and offer his goods for sale, it's not going to do him much good to howl at the unfairness of it all because he doesn't have the same control he has in a street shop. If he wants that reality, the best thing is to sell his goods in that reality: put them on a CD or DVD and sell them in a store.

Now look at BHW. People don't usually pass stuff around here on BHW to pass it off as their own (except PLR). They use it mostly to try out, then learn with it or implement it in their projects. (Many go back and buy the things they found that worked for them and promote the authors.)

This means 2 things:
1. People study and value studying around here, and
2. People around here are busy doing money-making projects.

It's fine to pretend that no one on this forum is making money, everybody is pathetic, scumbag, parasite, yada yada yada, and call people all kinds of names. There are probably many who visit this site that actually fit that description.

But there are many who do not. They are competent and wealthy and they help others get that way.

Only a blind man does not see them. A person who lets a negative emotion overwhelm him looks at the gold right in front of his eyes and only sees the garbage in his heart. There is a saying that the money is in the list. In terms of JV opportunities, you could say the money is in the gumption.

The accumulated talent on this forum is a force to be reckoned with and, if properly harnessed, could be a crack sales team.

So if I had 5 kids to feed, I suppose I could tell them that the world is evuuul and unfair because the big bad bogey-monsters out there are stealing the very food from their mouths.

Or I could show them a top-notch sales team I helped build up bringing me wealth every day of the week and tell them they can eat anything they want whenever they want—price no object.

That's a choice, I suppose. But then again, I don't have 5 kids...

For example I have bought plenty of templates in the past but only ones that I could play with first. I myself was curious about how well your html was written. Trust me If I would have downloaded your templates more then likely I would have bought them.

You started wrong. Maybe you should try and be a man. Everything that I've seen you have acted like a little boy. All you had to do was to become a member and simply pm admin or post on the topic very nicely and state that you are the owner of the site. We all would have respected you and your site. But no you wanted to insult everybody.

I clicked you link on purpose. I saw your message. I wouldn't care if you reported my ip to whomever or not. By clicking a link I did not commit any kind of crime. One of the people that might not be using proxies, that you turn in, could sue you and actually have you pay them for loss of income. PrivacyProtect.org will not withhold your personal information from a court. So enjoy and keep acting like a child and you will be treated like a child.

what's ironic is had the asshole approached this situation with a little more tact, he probably would have gotten a lot of sales from this forum. but since he decided to play the macho tough guy bit, he's pretty much demonstrated that he's just a whiny assed pussy that was probably beaten up on as a kid.

on a side note. i've come to the conclusion that if you put your stuff online there's a 90% chance it's going to get stolen somehow. your job is to secure your product, but there's going to be some super wiz kid that can finagle a way to steal your product.

hell, walmart superstores loose millions a year in sales, but they make billions to make up for it. that doesn't make it 'right' by any means....but if you're a good business person, it shouldn't effect your bottom line, if you play it smart.

i doubt that this guy 'lost' money from pple downloading his stuff....well, maybe he did cuz he decided to be such a pussy that it makes pple mad and they decide to distribute his stuff on torrentz/warez sites....but generally he didn't lose money unless his paying clients are black hat members.

most likely, his paying customers are noobs or noob types that think black hat is something tap dancers wear.

anyway, i have a ton of blogs online, and i'm open to the possibility that some people might be stealing/scrapping my content...but i don't let that bother me and i don't hunt them down. i get my piece of the pie and the internet's full of opportunity.
