It won't be allowed on IOS only android users can easily install the app and most of the TVs now are on android so the market is big enough.

Netflix is like Apple. It's a brand that makes its own movie projects. When you buy Netflix, you're not paying for pirated content and everyone understands that.
Why would I pay for pirated content when the neighboring website offers me the same thing but for free.

Maybe i phrased it wrong but by dumb i meant those who are either too lazy or too dumb to find an alternative (be it torrent or different website).
So a portion of your traffic will say "i can find everything for free somewhere else", the other portion will say "meh i don't know what else to do i might just pay".
But that's just my opinion, and it doesn't mean you won't make money off of it, i just said your target would be the second portion of your traffic i described above.

People don't need to be dumb or lazy to pay, Netflix traffic is mostly Americans (over 70m) and they pay because 10$ every month because this money is meaningless to them. Many of these people appreciate their time and don't want to spent it searching for the right link waiting for torrent or something like that they just want to press play and watch.

Payments will be a problem for sure. With only crypto you will lose 90% of potential subscribers.
Stealth PP can be good solution but it’s quite hard this days convert back to crypto with good rate.

Many people don't know that pop-ups have malware and offer scam products after they burn from those ads want sites that are ads free and they are willing to pay for that service, more than 70% of ads on piracy sites are scams.

Doesn't downloading an application bypassing the official store look like malware?

Yup i know them very well, they took me 2 domains nothing scary. This site will be much different because will be closed for the public.

I don't think there's a market for it, unfortunately. All your visitors will be people who searched for free movies, or torrents, which equals to no conversion. But feel free to try.

Why not setup stealth cc processing?

For subscription based, you could bill in credits, $1 per credit, 5 credits per month for full access.

Allow subscription, but also have tiered prepaid credit packages for 3 month, 6 month and 12 month that are one offs. People will switch to this after they see the quality and gain trust to save money.

Your cloaked site simply a subscription based digital product with tiers to match.

Push customers off stream site checkout to complete payment on safe site cc checkout, upon successful charge, send authorization of credits back to stream site.

If you are looking for something like that, I have built many and all still live.

I find it funny how people just assume something won't work just because they wouldn't pay for such services themself. I wouldn't spend money on a sex toy, does that mean sex toys are a dead business? Look outside your own perspective.
The only way to see if it works is to check competitors or just try it yourself.

Netflix standard package price is 11$ per month and they have very small database 5k-6k movies i think. On the other side i have 50k movies and price can be 5-6$ per month.

Regardless, it's an assumption that holds water. You need to find a problem, figure out how to solve it and make sure there's an audience willing to pay for it. I personally see no problem that needs to be solved (there are free websites with a huge amount of movies), nor an audience.

Then how come it already exist lots of paid services like this already, making good money? It does solve a problem, a lot of the free options have poor quality and get shut down often. If you can gather everything from Netflix, prime, Hulu, HBO, etc, and charge 5-10 bucks for it you will make people's life easier. Having everything at one place and for a lower monthly cost. Also, not everything has to solve a problem to be successful. Good marketing can make anything successful.
