I think the recaptcha demands that you enter only 5 letters or less. But there is no way you can enter only 5 letters for japanese in English alphabets. Most japanese letters contain more than one alphabet in English version, so the recaptcha was not successful.

Don't know what exactly you are talking about as I registered on that site more than 5-6 times and never had any problem.
Did you try it? Can you mention or screenshot what is the error you faced?

I don't know if there is any way around this?

Going by the japanese hack site you shared which is meant to interpret the japanese captcha in English, I will have to insert more than one english letter for a single japanese letter, which means the total letters required to input the japanese captcha in English words will be more than the 5-letter limit set on the captcha page.

My phone cannot type japanese, so I can only type the English letters for each japanese letter as found on the "japanese lesson" site you shared, so the total letters in English words are greater than the 5-letter limit on the captcha page

I think the author has offered what seems like a solution to this, you should not type the japanese letter using your keyboard, you should instead copy the japanese letters from the japanese site and paste it directly into the recaptcha page.

And this solution or trick you can use on any site when the captcha is in another language and that can open you another world of sites where you can gain a backlinks different from your competitors. Hope it helps

This ping concept is not in WordPress but in that livedoor blog settings itself if you try to find out you will find it or i mention in my previous reply where you can paste all the ping sites. It worked but the time frame may increase. I indexed my blog with webmaster at that time as it was working.
