Suspended by google ads, creating new account

Everyone knows that google is very good at figuring out if you are creating a new google ads account after being suspended, and they will suspend the new account very fast.

Im wondering if I create a new ads account with a new email, burner phone, vpn ip, if that would be enough to avoid the suspension on the new account, any ideas?

Ofc, creating ads for something thats not the same site that got me suspended.

Imagine that you are the GAds review bot (algorithms), what all would you "look out" for in order to "judge" if one GAds account is linked to another and what all would you "look out" for in order to "judge" if one is simply creating a GAds account to churn & burn. Make a note of all your points on a piece of paper and work it on your own from there (use residential IPs). To be realistic and honest with you, creating working GAds accounts is a well monetized skill and this is the reason why people do not prefer to openly and freely discuss all the steps in details, but prefer to rather give generic tips.
Well, those who want to give all the complete steps in detail, are most welcome to do so, no one can stop them. I do understand why @Mukis once mentioned in one of his threads that no one would usually give out a goose that lays the golden eggs.
This is why I have preferred to be realistic and honest with you, and from my side, I have shared a very imporant tip about creating a new GAds account.

Hey Bro can you make google ads account for me? or anyone who you know would do that for me. I don't threshold account, I only need an account which could sustain for longer time so that I could connect my merchant center with it can able to run shopping ads. Waiting for your reply brother.

Honestly there is not right answer here. You could do everything by the manual to open a new account (new IP, browser, Gmail, Payment method, etc...) and still get suspended right away.

And you can use the exact same data you had previously to open a new account and go live without problems (this happened to me recently after trying to overcomplicate everything as it was what all people suggest).

So, in short, I'm starting to think that it comes to luck sometimes. Here people say that the creation method of the account is more important that the information you use and I can tell you this is true. I noticed that even certified Google experts don't have a clue sometimes about how to setup things properly (and is not their fault in part, as that crazy algorithm is changing constantly)

Certified Google experts usually work for big clients connected to trusted mcc accounts, they have no idea these problems we have even exists, and if they from time to time get banned, the just contact their dedicated manager and everything is being resolved manually. They have no clue how to work against antifraud algorytms

What @VitalyProkofiev mentioned is correct in my opinion as well.
And anyone including a newbie can get Google Ads certification, there are gigs in Fiverr, etc for the same.
Certification does not matter much in freelance internet marketing, skills is what matters (acquiring relevant knowledge is also nowadays a skill).
Example, assuming I am a newbie and I get Google Ads certification, I am Google Ads certified, but even then I need Google Ads skills in order to help anyone.

As far as I understand from your words, you decided to open a new Google Ads account, and unlike the rest of those who have already opened new accounts, your Google advertising account was not suspended? So it's usually impossible to do that. Google bans new accounts after a while anyway. Have you really managed to resolve this issue?

Indeed, nowadays the suspension rates for new GAds accounts is a bit more, for that scale up the quantity of GAds accounts that one creates and appeal all suspensions. And in live (running) newly created GAds accounts, nowadays one has to be careful about proper campaign setup and proper operation of the created campaign. Also in newly created GAds accounts nowadays it is better for safety not to run multiple campaigns and not to run multiple niches, for example in a search campaign, let it be one campaign with one ad group running, don't mess around with daily budget too much, etc, till the account ages for atleast a week. Exceptions may be there (however what I mentioned is for better safety).

I have no desire to create a new Google Ads account for certain reasons, besides, I know for 100% that you can restore your account if you get through to Google support, because the bot bans the account, and a live person sees that there are no violations and therefore it is better to communicate with live support, but getting through to real support is really difficult. That's the main reason.

Especially when the work from home started (due to pandemic), upto now, GAds seems to have further reduced their human customer support and further scaled up AI algorithms based support. Since the pandemic till now, even upon phone calling their support number, it will say "press xx for support for your Google Ads account", then "enter your Google Ads customer ID number", then after that it will an announcement of some reason and then either "therefore please call us back after you bla bla bla" or something "therefore an agent cannot help you, you need to bla bla bla".
I do not usually phone call GAds support because I mostly churn & burn. I just phone call GAds customer support once in around 2 weeks, as part of my overall GAds research (R & D).

I see that you really give very expert advice and as far as I understand you can reach Google support directly by phone ? Still, it means you can get through to a living person and he can help in the situation of a GAds account being unbanned? In any case each advice and help would be appreciated

As far as I know, especially now, almost every ad account, that is made gets closed for suspicious payments, until the payment method is verified by them(google), it's additional filter. It's true, that also there is bunch of AI. With microsoft ads, it's not different, also when, you add your payment method, it instantly gets closed, until verification is passed, it doesn't really matter, what you will change. They are big companies and therefore, they will get more strict, because Google, especially faced many scammers, stolen cards of people, threshold accounts and many more abuses and they want to stop this. Form one side, it will become better for the legit people, that want to promote, because google wants transparency, the people that want to trick the system, it will be harder for them, because to trick the system will be harder for them and it's just exhausting. So, when you create your account, you will most likely get suspended for suspicious payments activity, appeal it, most likely, you will have success, if you have created other accounts, while you are suspended on the other, you will get circumventing, so be careful, because circumventing is way harder to get it unblocked.

People who churn and burn Google Ads accounts in bulk are still able to run campaigns , even if 50% accounts go live. So, what I mean is Google Ads tightening algorithms so extremely is hurting people who want to use Google Ads in a legit way.

They have started to use the AI, because they know anyway, that majority of the appeals will come from illegal advertisers and they don't see a reason to manually check, unless, there is a really good reason, google even uses third party companies to gather data for a certain advertiser. Legit people get closed, thankfully to the illegal ones that do churn and burn, exactly, that's why, when an account is opened, it gets closed for suspicious payments, no matter, if you are legit. Now, they will implement to send additional information in order to advertise, which will be one more filter for churn and burn advertisers, they just want transparent advertisers, not ones that hide under churn and burn and other similar ones, if you are legit, just appeal your suspicious suspend, it's easy to get it unblocked and while, you are suspended don't create other accounts, because, it's a red flag, because it's a signal to them, that you are like a churn and burn.

In fact, the manipulation of stolen cards and all sorts of other frauds were much more common when the Internet was just starting to enter its flowering phase. Everything that TV says and "bloggers" writes in their articles online, for the most part, is 95% untrue They just do what they want (you understand WHO exactly), but in order to justify their actions they make everyone believe in some kind of "false truth", but again, the conversation is not about that, but about how it's possible to remove the ban from the "big brother" and make them my G account reactivated

I have read and understood the latest Google Ads Advertiser identity verification policy.
Not all Google Ads accounts will get the ID verification to be done , it will be decided on a case to case basis, means as usual by their AI.
And if a Google Ads account gets required to submit ID docs, then as per Google Ads, a time of 30 days will be given for that.
30 days has always been more than enough to churn and burn a Google Ads account
