I use a variety as testing which works the best. Deepl, Google and Microsoft.

I've got a feeling that the rankings will come back as there seems to be lots of movement in the serps.

Did you try paragphrase it ?

Yes, but it turned out very shitty and easily detectable as paraphrased.

Just found like 3 niche websites in my country, all translated word by word. But the catch is, the author adapted the translation. It's about the 2% finishing touch for sentences to actually make sense.

Anyway, it seems this guy is been ranking for well over a year. Most of his keywords are top 3.
For the specific niche, average ePMV is around $5. He's getting around 10-12K UV/day. That's roughly $1,800/month give or take.

10 of these babies in a year could be making some nice cache.

Really waiting for OP's website to gain some clicks and traction. Curious how long will it take.

It propably won't matter what kind of content or monetization is used as long its good enough to rank. I have one local domain thats not in any use and i might use it to serve translated content but i just don't know where i could get content

Affiliate sites might work where online services are offered. I don't know any affiliate business in my country that i could promote.
But there are many places where i could offer physical products that ships here. Ebay, amazon, china stores...

Yeah, the reason I'm worried is that I don't speak German so I won't be able to do the 2% finishing touch.

One is in English, where I translate other languages to english, 5000+ posts, tried to get it approved for some months without any luck, but some days ago i got an mail and was really suprised

The other one is in Norwegian, have something between 30 and 50 posts there

Really interesting. I am working on 2 websites myself atm. 1 is using paraphrased content and the other uses paraphrased content and then translates it to dutch. I do edit both of them by cleaning it up, adding images and just making sure the SEO is good. I might try to find out how much editing is actually needed to rank high.
Would it be 2% or 20%, I really wonder.

160 results now on google but still only 19 indexed pages shown on GSC.

GSC Coverage is slow, even John Mu said it himself. It takes a week to fully update what you see today, so disregard it for the time being.
Are you at least getting impressions?

GSC Coverage is slow, even John Mu said it himself. It takes a week to fully update what you see today, so disregard it for the time being.

I've started a similar blog myself a few days ago. But I know the language, so I'm doing the edits to make it sound normal. However, facing indexing issues.

Try RankMath Instant Indexing Plugin, it worked for me
