I bought some traffic from the seller. I tested all his traffic sources (except PTC) in 2 CPA networks. The result is 0 conversions after 10k views for Sweep offers. There is no other but bot traffic, even the premium Mobile traffic of 0.7$ per 1k.

Clearly, there is no guarantee that the traffic will convert.
So I assume there is no issue.
The bigger issue is that you tried to force a refund so you won't leave this post here.
If you cant handle the basic answer and understand that there is NO GURANTEE, there is nothing we can do about it.
