Sometimes they may no-follow the links because it's getting too popular. But it's still a good and cheap submission method even with no-follow links.
I do use nofollow links as well to make "more natural" link profile

I'll tell you how to find more sites like this.

1. In the above list, identify the sites which claim to be a social network.
2. Go to the homepage and identify the tagline.
For example, in case of (https://www.babblon.com/), it will be
"Share what's new and life moments with your friends."
3. Paste this tagline in ahrefs content explorer and that's it.
