Best Bulk Cold Emailing Solution 2021

You can send 30k emails per day easily just with 1 VPS and 1 IP using free software like Webmin/Virtualmin control panel and Mautic to import contacts and send emails.

You can, but are you getting into the inbox or spam with that setup.

Mostly in spam with that setup / amount.

This is always the same problem : people want to send a big volume of emails instead of wanting to grow their business.

Today, you don't grow your business by sending more emails per day. It was the case before and it just does not work that way anymore in 99% of the cases.

Aim to have better results with emails, not finding the flamethrower setup that can send 1M per day. Because this setup will make you land in spam for sure.

This thread is gold. You mention Mailreach a bunch, but Warmup Inbox is much better and more affordable for warming up a domain if you're looking for another option.

1-First thing, I'd like to thank the value you provided in this thread bro, what are your thoughts about mautic? Keep in mind I'm trying to do the same strategy as you, few emails a day, I think mailing 100000 emails is pointless....

2-The tools you mentioned are a little bit pricey for a person who lives in a third world country like me, is there any cheap alternative to Mailshake?

3-About the many domains, do you buy names related to the service or product your related? For example, I run an agency called GMB marketing, can I buy domains with names like popcorntvdevils.com for cheap prices or does it have to be something related? thanks for your attention

Always glad to help in the emailing field.

For cheap alternatives to MailShake, I'd say Yet Another Mail Merge... I've heard about Mautic but I don't know it.

Anyways, there are plenty of tools but you have to look for 3 main things :

- a tool that sends with / through Gmail / with Gmail IPs so without a custom shared IP.
- which allows you to set up a custom tracking domain.
- which allows you to have a delay between emails sent to avoid bulk / one shot blasts.

By the way, Gmass has now a warming tool but it's really basic / cheap from what I've seen : obvious reference in each subject line, gibberish content, etc.. It's more than nothing but I personally wouldn't use it.

3. I always buy domains related to my client brand but I've been in situations where I couldn't do it. So sometimes I had to use domains that were absolutely not related to my brand name or my client's. It didn't make any noticeable difference at that time so you can do it. It's more a "branding subject".

Good luck

I have a question. Would I ruin my main domain reputation with this setup?
mydomain.com -> server #1 (whitehat)
spam.mydomain.com ->server #2 (bought list)
Or I'll ruin reputation only for spam.mydomain.com and Server #2 IP?

Not for the cheapness sake but for the brand recognition. For people, it is better to receive email from spam.somefamousdomain.com than fromrandomdomain.com

Yes you would ruin your reputation. Using subdomains is useless as all the subdomains are on the same main domain.

If you have one subdomain, let's say @subdomain1.domain.com and you start to land in spam, it will contaminate all the other subdomains like @subdomain2.domain.com, etc.

Using subdomains is a bad idea, don't do it.

If you want to mitigate the risks, buy several domains, that's it.

My process is :

1. For a new domain / new email address, I warm up with Mailreach between 14 and 30 days before sending any campaign. It depends how my client wants to start fast. And then I usually start with 50 emails / day and slowly reach 200 or 250 by adding 20/30 per day. This is not an exact science, sometimes I start directly with 70 after the 14 days, add 30 the next day, and so on. Again, you just have to be human. Don't do 50 > 200 over the night.

2. The warm up / mailreach runs constantly even after the 14 / 30 days, it never stops. A lot of people warm up their account ONLY before sending, then they send their campaigns, the open rate is OK at the beginning and then drops after several weeks, they land in spam and they don't understand. The key is to get a high level of engagement on your emails. And to get this engagement you first need to write a good copy, and to maximize your results, use a good warm up.

I think I replied to your first question, I don't start sending 200 emails the day I create the address.

I've used more than 50 adresses / domains on 1 G Suite without problems. Why would you need proxies ? You can manage dozens of Gsuite users on the same IP / computer without any problems. I've never had problems doing that in 5 years of cold emailing. But I've never done it with @gmail accounts, I only use G suite accs.

I've never had 1 Gsuite account or user banned by Gmail. The worst that happened for me is to get one user / account suspended. It happens regularly, but you just have to go in the admin and "unsuspend" him. I'm not saying you can't be banned but I've done cold emailing for 150 companies managing hundreds of accounts on 2 or 3 G Suite, I've never had an account banned.

But I think it's pretty easy to have a @gmail.com account banned, but that's not the case for G Suite, don't forget that you pay at least 4/5 dollars per email account per month. You're paying them, that's a big difference.

Just sent you a PM

Cheers

I've not been mailing for about 4 years now so my advice may be a tad bit old-fashioned. But I do miss the stack.

So :

My setup allowed us to do an avg of 150k/hour after a slow 7 month training and ramping up cycle.

Stack consisted of :

- SOA Announcing DNS server located as far away from my local dc.
- Rented a subnet. (1024 ips)

- Instead of automating your mailer to split the outgoing emails among different ips, I
found it more reliable to instead, automate the IP DNS responses to transparently
split the load.

- Be unforgiving. Keep aside 10 to 15 ips for throwing away. Use them aggressively. Most will be caught on SpamCop or some other spam. bl. The goal is to create IP history for the entire subnet and slowly increase the reputation.

- Use PowerMTA + perl for the dns / config automation / rotation

There's much more to this... a bit of work, and planning. But once it's running well, and you are constantly hitting your inbox numbers, it becomes worth all the trouble.

Hope this helps mate.

Cheers,
Ash

Thank you for your greate share!
May I know how many domains you are using, are these domains registered from multiple account or one account? If you send same email content contain same URL from multiple IPs, I think all of your IPs will blacklisted in SBL very soon. how did you warm up your sender score and never get blacklisted?

(include a fake report as spam link , this will help your ip reputation)

For this part, are you saying to add a link directly to the email to report as spam? So if the user click on the 'report as spam' it does nothing, but it makes the user feel like they've actually reported it?

No problems, I send 10k to 15k per day and following the stats less than 0.3% of people are reporting the mail as spam

I have a huge oppening rate (more than 30%)

do you put links in the email?

How many emails/domains are you using to send?
How many emails are you sending per 1 email/domain?
My apologies for not responding sooner. I use my main domain to send these emails with and it's setup to go out through the gmail server. The email comes from my main domain but again my gmass/gmail account all goes through the gmail smtp. I'm sending on average 1,500 emails/daily.

Hey guys, I didn't know where else to post this..

I'm looking for a system that enables me to send 20k-100k cold emails per day, I'm a newb at this but I did a LOT of research for the past week and it seems to me in order to be able to do that, I need to use an SMTP service like Amazon SES, or create my own SMTP server that I link to a mail application like Mailwizz or Mautic in order to start sending emails.

I also learned that I need to warm up the server for a month at least, clean up the list and basically get 10/10 email scoring before I attempt my first send in order to have a chance to hit the inbox later on.

my question is, does anyone know of a way that I can use autoresponders like Activecampaign or Convertkit to be able to send thousands of cold emails a day? (any tricks to get past their scrutiny system?)

if that is not an option, is there a way to rent/buy pre-warmed up SMTP servers that can send 20k-100k cold emails per day with high inbox deliverability? how much would such service cost? (asking the experts)

I'm kindly asking experienced members to give their precious advice, although there are a lot of threads about this subject - I still wasn't able to find a real solution for this.

Thank you so much,
How about this... Create 5 users in one domain and make 100-150 gsuites.

Use AB Bulk Mailer with HQ Proxies and warm up your inbox with gmass for free.

After 3-4 weeks, you'll be able to send 100-150 emails per day from 150-200 gsuites. And you'll have a high inbox rate too

Not anyone that I know of. Market gap though, create a service and you bank
Definitely I have not seen anyone promote this service which I have been looking for the best place to ask was here. If no one else is doing it I might just create it myself. Thanks.

You can't send that huge quantity of emails and expect good results.

Do you want to send A LOT of emails or do you want to grow your business ? Because that's different.

I think you want to grow your business, and if you want this, you have to be efficient.

That's way better to send less emails and get higher open rate, click rate and reply rate than spamming like this.

To golden rule to land in inbox and get good results with email is to act as human as possible.

And sending that much is not human, so you will get 10% open rate maximum and burn IPs and domains so fast so you'll need to always get new IPs / domains, and that's really shitty / not efficient.

If you want get a strong deliverability :
- buy several domain names
- create one email address per domain
- max 200 emails sent per day per email address
- generate high engagement on each email account / warm up with Mailreach or another tool.
- personalize the content
- add delay between each email sending, the higher the better.
- write a good copy.
Shatzyo,

Do you prefer mailreach or lemlist more? I've read your posts and it seems that you recommend both of them.

What's your favorite warm up tool and favorite email automation software?

Do you use mailreach with woodpecker as an example or prefer lemlist as the all in one solution?

Have you found that G Suite email addresses are better than G Mail addresses?
