Nothing big. But we did get into top 1000 in coingecko so that's an acheivement for me. Will keep building.

Development manager. But these days, I handle mostly administrative stuff and partnerships and marketing.

For investors? Buy CSPR and MINA and stake for 5 years. Not Financial Advice. LOL.
If you wanna go into the less popular projects, my advice is to look for activity on their github or interview the team and see what the future plans are for the project.
Delays are kinda normal in the projects' timelines but what's important is that the devs aren't giving up and have the capability and the community believes in them.
