Because it is a deflationary token, the circulating supply is reduced with each transaction.
They intend to launch their own blockchain, exchange, and use the tokens as gas... so there is a chance that the supply will become depleted.
I'm not impressed with what they've delivered so far, but as I stated in my initial post, I'll wait and see.
