I think its first time u are doing fb marketing, may be you are experienced with other IM methods but if you know about facebook then you should know that the problem has been from your side or may be your accounts got hacked. date of birth verification is done when you are using that accounts randomly from different IPs. so as a security measure if you login the same FB account every time with different IP and from different IP location it asks for verification. and now I would like to answer everything that you are claiming is totally baseless

transaction was on 20 dec so its around 1 month old deal, its good that u didnt use the advertising vouchers on these accounts or else you would have been claiming the vouchers costs also lol

I didnt signed off after seeing your message. if u close the browser or dont do any activity then after certain timeout you get signout. I got some other works also so I cant always stay up on bhw.

I am here for over 2 years and I never faced any such problem with any of the member over here. I got many clients and no1 ever complained me for my service. I had 15 itrades all positive. I can give you the references of the bhw members with whom I have worked before. And you are not the only one who bought pva accounts from me, I sold around 200 - 300 PVA accounts and loads of non pva accounts on bhw and no1 has complained me till yet you are the first person who has faced this problem.

Conclusion
However I wont get rich with your 24$, for me my reputation is more important then 24 bucks. If after reading from both the sides if any moderator or admin says then I am ready to refund you in full.

We could have solved the problem mutually and the conclusion would have been same.

it solely depends on how you use them

I didnt sell the same accounts to any1 else. I sell pva accounts only on bhw, and why will I use the accounts which I have sold? I can create them if I want to use them
and moreover I am not into facebook marketing, I just create accounts manually and sell them

Have you provided OP with all accounts info? i mean such birth dates? Just asked so we can also determined which sides should this case go.

bottom line.. this can be fixed and hes working on it now. Dont know why fb is asking me for the birth dates of accounts but for anyone who sells accounts this should be supplied in the future. If i get the birthdates this whole thing is resolved and we can keep on making money in this great community.

Thanks pavan for your last message to look into this now. It should be a requirement to provide birth dates with the new security measures of fb so we dont run into this in the future. Dont know why it asked me for them.. Cant wait to get working on my method and making some money.

Will let everyone know when this has been completely resolved. Thanks again bhw for providing a upstanding community that looks out for one another.

Well due to the high phishing account happening, facebook was force to include birth dates as one of there security measure when logging into different ips.

@pavan, you should include birth dates in your future clients. It is one of facebook security measures.

and as far as issue is concerned I already told u that its totally your mistake that u have used the accounts wrongly and moreover if it was just few days then u can say that my accounts were defective and we wouldnt have had any kinda argument for this.

I will take care of it next time but its not so common unless multiple ips are used
if its logged in from 2 or 3 IPs it doesnt creates any problem

I think you should give him new accounts.

Also, you NEED to start recording birth dates, as this does happen with most facebook accounts when you buy them from someone out of the US, at least in my experience.

Make the customer happy, that way you don't get your name in the Shitlist, where it is now, where people come to see whether to do business with a certain person or not.

Sometimes, its much better to take a small loss and save your name, rather than loose everything. Again, just my experiences.:cool2:

Gogetta these are fresh accounts.. made in india. I understand that if you use the same ip it should not come up. trust me... I did my research to see if I could resolve this issue in any other way .. But PAVAN provided me accounts that had this problem when i decided to use them for the first time..
