Upvotes not registering is usually related to how fresh an account is and how little it's been used. I manually warm up my accounts for a few weeks (making relevant comments etc) before doing any upvote manipulation.

Is there a minimum recommended Karma the reddit accounts should have if using to manipulate upvotes? Is comment karma or post karma more important?

I'm not sure what numbers reddit uses but I make sure my accounts have around 20 comments each before doing any automation. 20 comments isn't much if you make comments in subreddits where you know a lot about the topics being discussed.

Tried out Sphere browser, the fingerprinting test at its default homepage seems to show some flaws with its anti-fingerprint features.

Do you think that Sphere's capabilities is sufficient to bypass Reddit's checks as long as we use decent residential proxies?
 
I'd like to think i've got a fair amount of experience in this from my own tests and things i've done to make my own.. Definitely use proxies like some of the people here suggested, VPN's will never work, if you've got the money, you can spend it on multi-login or even incogniton (essentially the same thing, lower price, works well)..

You've got to make sure to have aged accounts, like someone else said, if you do it straight away after making them, that's a huge mistake and they'll get clipped before you know it.. I created over 200 accounts with temp emails and i'll eventually be going onto gmail's created via PVA to make them more "legit"..

Most of what you'll need to do is just common sense, get comments out, upvote.. make it used daily for the different accounts, and make sure they're "secured" properly with their proxies,settings,profiles etc.

For anyone else reading this, interested in a reddit bot though, for the love of GOD, avoid RedditTasker.. It's a waste of time and money, just don't do it.. you're better off learning how to do it yourself.

It's not about the browser. If you use something like selenium you'll get an instant shadowban.
 
Warm acc, hide fingerprints and vote stealthy.
 
Won't Reddit algo catch up quickly on the upvote ring with accounts upvoting each other and ban/shadowban them all?

This is the pattern:

- "account B and account C upvote account A five/six times"
Repeat this pattern just once more and that's an obvious sign of upvote manipulation.

Some people here are getting away with it though, and I haven't tested enough, so you must be right, but it baffles me how Reddit is letting it slide since it's so easy to detect.
 
Thing is, there are enough legitimate users doing the same thing. Reddit subs are filter bubbles, so let's say you have a subreddit on self help. There'll always be the same 20-40 people upvoting and commenting on 70-80% of the posts on that sub, because that's what they're interested in. Consequently, they'll end up upvoting each other a lot of the time.
As long as that's not all they're doing, it's really hard to construe it as a bot action.
 
VPN is not ideal for reddit, even shitty scraped proxies are better, but still not long term. Rotating 4g proxies are the best.

VPN's have a much smaller pool of IP addresses , so if a lot of people use the same provider for abusing reddit the ip's get flagged. TBH reddit is far less anal than most other IM's.

First of all: A VPN can be assigned to cover up your IP. By covering your IP, you get a new IP address(generated by the VPN). When creating an account, the VPN's IP does NOT change, therefore, each account gets assigned to the same IP(VPN). While assigning a proxy = 1 IP / 1 Account -> No account flagged.

Age the accounts, karma makes a little difference but not required. There are many concepts to be explained. Just google what you can't figure, that will make the difference.

Ive got some issues, have a bot, aged accounts with karma but after upvoting all accounts seem to change pass or for some reason cant access the account anymore, says wrong password, even after recovering the password and changing it - still no access. Using residential proxies, random intervals. Any tips?
 
Does anyone know where to take an existing reddit upvote bot?
