he said something about my heart only suffered about 3% muscle
damage with the attack 6 months ago, which is good for minimal
heart tissue damage. must full blown cardiac arrest cause 10-15%
heart damage . but i never arrested i was conscious through out
the attack and surgery
he said to keep up the daily exercise and stay away from forms
of high cholesterol food which could block the stents and cause a
2nd attack. so all said n done he seemed happy i was doing ok
and following his advice, no smoking, no drinking , use a
mediterranean diet .
and of the 6 tablets im on daily - 2 will be dropped in nov after which
i will have been on the mend a year. so - so far so good
