As i explained above it has not been 24 hours yet so you can judge a seller. I can assure( many other customers as well ) that all the support emails, community posts are being supported / responded within 24 hours. But in order to keep things in order / extensive support we follow that route of communication. It is not possible to monitor BHW PMs 24x7 as we are HUMAN as well and we follow certain protocol for development + app support.


Note : I just got an email before writing this post and you have been responded as well.

I wish you will come back and update here if your issue is resolved yet or not.

Hello, where can I get version 1.7? The latest version on the download page is 1.65.

I tried the software for the first time today and it didn't work for doing upvoting. It appears nothing is happening, I've set delays but it says all 3 accounts set to upvote are "Done" instantly when I run it (no delay happening) and nothing gets upvoted.

Also... can I use private proxies? Maybe that is my problem? What is the proxy format? I'm using:

ip:port:user:pass

This is not a review, this is me minutes away from opening a thread in the shitlist. I purchased this program two days ago, never got to use it. It crashes, found lots of bugs, and wasted a lot of time trying to work through it.

I asked for a refund multiple times and the seller seems reluctant to give me my money back.

You must set the timeout value in settings tab ( this is because the proxy quality you may use ).
Then add account and generate cookies for each account
Then do any type of action ( tutorial link has been given in the welcome email + can be found in the forum ).

Proxy format is IPORT|User|Pass

You contacted me 4-5 days ago telling me the program cost is different on website ( which means you have visited the website and watched the site ) then i said to you that the the actual price is $97 lifetime and rest is TAX / VAT and If you prefer you can get discounted price for BHW users that $87 lifetime. Then you choose to buy it with manual fund sending.

Your license was distributed within 2-4 hour of the day you have purchased. You have acknowledged it in the conversation as well.

Then you have run the program and kept PMing here in BHW then i have explained you that we do not provide app support here and explained why. Even after the explanation you had no intention to follow the guidelines of getting support via support community / email.

Then when i closed BHW you have emailed a half screenshot and keep telling me the app is crashing but did not provide no data even after asking to provide more data about the error you are getting. However i have provided you possible ** reason why it happened( without knowing what you did and how you caused it ). Then again got another email with full details + screenshot and explained how to fix it. The FIX button was there. You have also explained the UI is differnent but i wonder how could you say that if you have visited the website ( mentioned above ).

Within these incidents happening - i have responded your BHW PM as well where most of the query was app support related.


Now, you have created a PayPal dispute and we do not entertain such activity for manual payments. Right now you have created a PayPal dispute and your money is gone to PayPal. So, you are not a customer of us and your license is on hold until PayPal resolves the issue. If you win there is nothing left for me to do and if they favours us then your license will be reinstated( as you have paid ) and will be active for lifetime use + regular updates like a valuable customer would get.

Added - scrape users from posts ( supports file path )
Added - follow users - single + bulk

Note to purchased users : scraping users may not be as correct as it shows currently nested comments are not being scraped, can be added in later updates after simplification of the process.

Mate, I really have no time to keep writing lengthy emails and posts. Just refund my payment. I can take the time to state exactly every error and bug I'm getting with your software. It's suuuuuuuuuuper unstable. Even generating cookies gets you a bug.

I wouldn't have posted in your thread or made a dispute on Paypal if not for you reluctance to provide a refund. I don't give a fuck if you write somewhere that's it's nonrefundable for just a $10 discount; and I don't believe the mods would agree with this.

I'm asking for a refund as the software is unusable for me. It's not like I fking bought proxies and drained them.

Accept a refund and show good will.

As for the time-being, and that's my review:

DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE

Extremely broken, and seller is holding payments as if they're his lost children.

Fixed - random check x accounts from total accounts
Fixed - scheduler not showing the account list
Added - UI changes - extra large UI + color changes

Fixed generate cookies / login method due to Reddit changes.
Cookie count should be > 2 always

Added - no longer need of timeout value setup at first time usage
Added - Bulk import acc in separate thread - for safe import
Fixed - proxy assignment -
previously - it was remove based. User had to provide checked account number proxies but now if user selects .txt file having 10 proxies and checked accounts = 1000 then all proxies will be distributed randomly across all 1000 accounts.
Fixed - some scheduler functionality, code clean up

This program never had trial. If you have trial / are unsure about your marketing process - you can purchase the program from website and you will be entitled for 5 days no question asked refund. IF you buy using discount - then you will not avail the facility.
It is windows based only - not web based.

also this dude is poor & shitty. Program might not be the greatest but it does the job and for $100/lifetime it's not even expensive. Ignore him and purchase it if you have solid aged + karma accounts, it's better and more intuitive than socinator + not monthly payment
