If you have trust wallet on token page top right click the token setting icon, it will open all your token list. Scroll to the bottom where you have option to add new token. Click there then form is shown select smart chain on top right here & fill the contract address you got from the link shared in op.
After that the form will autofill & you need to submit it.
The token is now added to list of tokens in your wallet. Goto the token in the list & get your receiving address. Post on this thread and get you 100. Hope that helps.

I followed every step in your post, till i enter the contract code, form does not fill automatically, and when i hit done, i get Red error messages, first one is "Invalid Address" ... I'am sure i'am filling the correct contract adress in OP!
