It's when user gets billed for next period of service usage, e.g. Netflix - you pay every month for this service. So, you can find affiliate offers that will pay you a fair amount of those rebills, sometimes it's called revshare or revenue sharing.
Probably you are thinking PPS, it stands for Pay Per Sale, when you as an affiliate get commission for sale, e.g. if someone purchases product, you get a specific amount for that.

Try out PPS. I'm doing some adult cpa as well now, and I did math, PPS for me always wins over SOI/DOI. Probably rev share can be even better, haven't tried it yet.It's simple adult cpa
