Basically, when you're unsure of what to do, or don't feel confident you can handle well a situation, doing nothing is better that doing something without a plan.

OP meant that you don't have to force trades every day just for the sake of it. Follow your trading system, and when you don't feel it, take a day off. Thats' all. If you guys would have at least some experience in trading, u would maybe get it.
