Received my review copy:
Both sites' metrics are kinda low (DR < 10) and very few RD - didn't check Moz.
Both sites have very little content, 1 is filled just with my article and the other one has 2 articles in total, including mine.
Both sites have a generic design but look clean enough, with a custom logo and icon.
The content is spun and the anchor was randomly placed.
Both sites are HTTPS.
Considering it's a $2 PBN is a good deal overall!

Received a review copy on the 8th so took about a week to received the 2 links, which was a bit slower than most services, however, it's completely fine after checking the quality of the links received.
Got 2 links as a review copy.
Link 1: DA 19 157 Referring domains
Links from HuffingtonPost, and a couple of other BIG NAMES.
I checked if the domain was penalized because I've received links from other services before that were penalized and NOPE, it wasn't penalized, 100% clean domain.
It also had a total of 5 or 6 posts only which is extremely low and high quality, most likely the lowest I've seen on BHW in a long long time.
The articles were clearly rewritten/spun so would not pass manual inspection but for the price, OP is asking it was to be expected.
Link 2: DA 20 22 Referring domains
Links from HuffingtonPost and like 7 other big names.
Although this domain had far fewer referring domains, the overall domains that linked to it were also way stronger, really impressive domains honestly.
Domain was also not penalized, 100% clean domain.
Low post again like Link 1, maybe 4 or 5.
Articles rewritten / spun.
Opinion:
I have over 3k posts on BHW, have tried A LOT of services and I can't think of the last one I tried that had CLEAN PBNs that weren't penalized, with only 4-6 posts & with such good referring domains pointing to them. Their DA's aren't incredible but that doesn't matter when you got such big names linking to it and the most important is the fact that it isn't spammed to hell and not penalized.
For the current price OP is asking it's actually a steal and I'm not even joking, if the other domains are as good as these it's extremely good, and would recommend it to anyone.

Metrics of the blogs were as followed

Service Highlights- Received my Links within 10 days.
- Communication with Seller was short, but he understood my overall request without issues
- Both links I received for the Review copy was ~500 words
- The articles had a interesting narrative way of writing, I honestly wouldn't have thought of it. I don't dislike it, infact, I like it.
It's a different style of writing, instead of receiving the boring "HEY LOOK IM PROMOTING THIS CRAP SITE filler filler filler content" PBN content, the two articles I received had attitude. It was written from a personal story approach/experience. My KW I gave him fit in quite well. - The metrics was as advised more or less.
- Both links' website themes/design looks good, came with a "real" logo, wasn't some crappy $1 logo from Fiver, One of them fit very nicely with the domain's name
- Both links had different registers
- I didn't see an About Me/Contact page.
- As both sites were general niches, however, both had identical categories with near identical category order.
- As a "bigger" site, it would be natural for people to have multiple authors, I noticed, nearly every article is posted by "admin". Make some new personalities would increase the "legitimate" look
This is overall a solid PBN for it's price. A much better PBN than the $1 PBNs.
Double the price, Double the standard, and OP did pull it off.
