Yesterday I opened a ticket through your portal and I asked 3 questions
1- About VPS / dedicated server
2- About the service I wanna do and if you support or not
3- About DMCA

And the guy Jitendra Negi replied:

1- He didn't reply any of my questions
2- He closed the ticket lol
